Before using the Binek application ("Application"), please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By registering for or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

 

## 1. Service Provider

 

Binek is an application developed and operated personally, not by a company or institution.

## 2. Scope of Service

 

Binek is a personal tracking and reminder application that allows you to track your vehicle, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and travel records. The "Ustam" AI assistant within the application provides informational responses based on the data you enter; its responses do not constitute professional advice.

 

## 3. Account Creation and User Obligations

 

- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when registering for the Application.

- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information (email, password) and for all activities performed through your account.

- You may not use the Application for illegal, abusive purposes, or in a way that violates the rights of others.

- The Application is not intended for use by users under the age of 13.

 

## 4. Personal Data and Privacy

 

Your personal data processed while using the Application is handled as described in the separately published page at https://www.binek.app/kvkk. Your data is not shared with third parties and is stored in an encrypted manner.

 

## 5. Intellectual Property

 

All intellectual property rights regarding the design, software, logo, and content of the Application belong to the developer. You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, or distribute the Application without permission.

 

## 6. Limitation of Liability

 

- The Application is provided "as is"; no guarantee is given that it will operate without interruption or errors.

- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the Application (fuel, maintenance, insurance, travel records, etc.); the Application does not provide financial, legal, or technical advice based on this data.

- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Application.

- It is recommended that you regularly back up your important records against the risk of data loss.

 

## 7. Modification and Termination of Service

 

The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the features of the Application without prior notice. If you violate the Terms, your account may be suspended or terminated; you may also delete your account via the Application at any time.

 

## 8. Changes to the Terms

 

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current text will always be accessible via the "KVKK & Privacy" section within the Application and at https://binek.app/kvkk. Significant changes will be notified within the Application.

 

## 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to any disputes that may arise from these Terms; the competent courts and enforcement offices are the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey.
